WE NEED LISTENERS, EDUCATORS,

AND FIGHTERS

INCUMBENTS & CHALLENGERS

In the sacred duty of shaping our party's platform and legislative goals, a vital aspect lies in enlightening registered Republicans about their candidate choices. This patriotic responsibility unfolds through two time-honored avenues. Firstly, candidates engaged in a contested primary race must undergo the crucible of at least three debates, a prerequisite for party endorsement. Alternatively, candidates should conduct three public town halls, agreeing to be evaluated based on their alignment with the party platform.

As dedicated party members, it is imperative that we demand at least one of these public trials by fire. These spirited contests serve as crucibles of truth, empowering the electorate to make informed choices, guided not solely by wealth or fundraising prowess. Candidates unwilling to engage in debates or bypass participation in town halls and the ranking process should find no recognition or support from the Ohio Republican Party in the general election.

These prerequisites are intrinsic to our duty, ensuring an informed base, and guarding against complacency in our incumbents, fostering a culture where success is earned through merit rather than mere name recognition.

PERSONHOOD

It's not enough to simply be pro-life. I want candidates that will fight for personhood rights for the preborn. I believe we must recognize personhood from conception so that the preborn have the same constitutional rights and protections that we do.

HEALTHCARE FREEDOM

I will never vote to support a candidate that believes that even in times of an emergency that our government or businesses should ever be allowed to to require Ohioans to comply with health orders that require an injection, taking a pharmaceutical, or wearing a mask to allay the worries of the fearful.

THE OHIO GOVERNOR CANNOT SUSPEND LAW

I will not support a candidate that does not recognize that a governor of Ohio, even in times of an emergency cannot suspend laws. Governor DeWine had no authority to suspend "Due Process" and "the Equal Application of the Law" during the pandemic. Article 1 Section 18 of the Ohio Constitution is clear that only the Ohio General Assembly may suspend law - owing to Ohio's history and the formation of the "Firelands" and the "Western Reserve"

THE SUSPENSION OF LAWS BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Article 1 section 18 of the Ohio Constitution gives the Ohio General Assembly the ability to suspend laws with a simple majority and they do not need to present the suspension to the Ohio Governor for approval. Legal scholars agree that the power to suspend law is a police power that should only be used during an emergency - such as when our Ohio Constitution is amended by outside forces in an off year election by a minority of registered voters to dramatically increase the murder of the preborn. I will only support candidates that affirm that the General Assembly has this right.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING & PROSTITUTION

I will only support candidates that believe Child Sex Traffickers should receive the death penalty and facilitators should get at least a 1st degree felony. I believe that prostitution is a stain on our society and would should adopt much stronger prostitution and human trafficking penalties- equivalent to those in Texas. I will advocate for candidates that want to see Ohio's child protective services reformed, the Ohio Guardian Ad Litem system reformed, and Ohio's Kinship and Fostercare system reformed.

TAKING A STAND AGAINST UNAMERICAN ACTIVITIES

I will only support candidates that have a mission to defend our children from the onslaught of "woke" idealism and perversion in our schools and in our public libraries. Whether it is forcing or teaching kids to recognize different social identities or Critical Race Theory, Comprehensive Sex Education, Social Emotional Learning, Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports, Common Core or a litany of other unAmerican programs. They do not belong in our public schools or colleges. If you want your child to have a "woke" education - it should not happen on the taxpayer's dime.

I WANT CANDIDATES THE OHIO REPUBLICAN PARTY SUPPORTS TO SUPPORT COMMON LEGISLATIVE OBJECTIVES

Below is an example list that was submitted and rejected by the current State Central Committee that shows it would have had overwhelming support from Ohio's registered Republicans.
